DEAR LONDON

England / 8 September 2014

The cloud covered city of London is exceedingly beautiful, with limitless points of history, art and culture. With quaint narrow laneways, impressive architecture, pastel coloured streets lined with trees and signature shiny red buses that dot the city, it's hard not to fall completely in love with London. Take a ride with The Lavish Girl on a charming double-decker and uncover the city's hidden gems with the first photo diary of The Lavish Voyage to London

The Lavish Voyage to London

Dear London,

Exploring London has been quite a joyride. With history, beauty and charm around every corner, there's always something to be excited about. Landmarks are overflowing with art and culture, the shopping opportunities are endless, and to walk the very grounds walked upon by iconic literary artists of yesteryear is simply incredible. I love the anonymity of being in a foreign city.

Exploring London for the first time can be an overwhelming experience. Imagine being surrounded by hundreds of people who are going in a hundred different directions. There is sooo much beauty to take in and savoir. Art. Music. Fashion. Red. . . Everywhere! If red is your favourite colour, then you need to visit London.

Now onto my adventures in the United Kingdom featuring the London Bridge under the majestic, blissy-blue sky, vibrant red doors, neighborhoods lines with trees, and snow toffee bon bon delightfullness . . .

Strolling along Notting Hill, smelling the most elegant ivory roses at a local florist,  visiting the iconic Harrods luxury department store, and more London loveliness . . .

The city of London now holds a special place in my heart, and the beautiful memories made in this charming city will last forever.
